At last I have the bones of an answer!

Most professionals here are using Buffet. There are two Elites in regular
usage and the rest are Buffet RC and R13. I think there is one Selmer but
I'm not certain of the model.
The Elites are becoming more popular with those who can afford them and
weight is one of the important factors. Indeed the LeBlanc lost favour
because of it's weight among other things.

The police band and all the Army Bands have been equiped with Buffet for
the last ten years.

The Boosey name is only appearing on sheet music now.
