This has very little to do with the articulation discussion but I am
desperately looking for some info on Boulez "Domaines". If anyone has played
it, I would be very interested in discussing some of the confusing markings.

Also, does anyone have a suggestion as to where I could find music written by
Contemporary Dutch composers, or have played any pieces that you think are good?
I have only been able to get hold of the Donemus catalogue for works up to
1989 but I would like to find a solo work written between 1989 -1993.

I have been following the lively discussions over the past 3 months and have
noticed that their has been little said regarding new music and extended
techniques! Is it possible that you have all worked out all the fingerings for
microtonal scales and have all the multiphonics down "pat"? Seriously folks, I
would be very interested in other clarinetists' views on new music. At the
moment, all the music that I am practising was written between 1960 and
1992 and that's the way I like it. My husband is a composer and will be
finishing a pieces for bass clarinet quartet to be performed in Professor Elsa
Verdehr's "Annual Avant Garde Clarinet Concert"here at Michigan State. Which
leads me into my last question:
Has anyone seen a Bass clarinet for sale at a reasonable price? I would very
much like to own one.

By the way, I am Australian so if I don't make any sense and you don't
understand me, it's probably my accent.....
