I find it hard to believe that Keith Puddy's expectations have been
correctly transmitted. Puddy is a very, very able musician and player
and he probably knows as well as anyone alive, that playing on Muhlfeld's
clarinets IN NO WAY assures the player that he will achieve Muhlfeld's
sound character.
