Dr. Geidel,
Hello! I am not a clarinet performance major, but rather a music
minor playing bass clarinet and majoring in television and radio
broadcasting with an audio production concentration.
I LOVE playing my bass everywhere from Wind Ensemble to chamber
groups. I really cannot imagine graduating and never having the
opportunity to play again, but I know that there is not a huge
demand for bass clarinetists like me (who only play bass and no Bb).
I would like to have a job in classical sound engineering and
continue to play bass. Do you have any suggestions for me?
