David,

I don't have a lot of information for you right now on that piece but my
teacher, Elsa Ludewig-Verdehr, has done one of the only recordings of the work
and teaches it as a part of the basic repertoire. I will ask her about it and
get back to you. Bythe way, if you want to get the recording of it, it is on
the Grenadilla label with Ralph Votapek on the piano.
