What is this, some kind of bet? Why can't Carolyn draw cute pictures like
everybody else?

Anyhow, the best clarinet player in the world is Anthony Gigliotti,
second Richard Stolzman (his tone is not as good - too open), third is a
tie between Timothy Goodnight and Ignatius Gennusa of Peabody and the
Baltimore orchestra, a powerful, brilliant clarinettist of the old
(i.e., correct) style, who should have been recorded much more than he
has, which is hardly at all.

Gigliotti, Stoltzman, Gennusa/Goodnight; Only a younger player wouldn't
know that.
