Hello - my name is Jeff Girard, and I am a conducting/bass clarinet major
at the University of Southern Maine. Obviously, as a bass clarinet major,
finding literature has always been a problem. I've recently begun in inten-
sive search for bibliographies and lists of low clarinet music, but it wont
help me much when it comes to more recent works. Some publishing companies
have on hand lists of available music for a given instrument (piano, flute,
Bb clarinet, trumpet, etc.), so I was wondering if anyone knew offhand if
any companies have a separate listing for bass clarinet/low clarinet
music vs. simply grouping it with the Bb clarinet. Thanks much!
