In 1983 (+/-) when B&H took over Buffet, there was a radical improvement in the plastic Buffet, E11 and Master Model made in Bad Nauheim. The E13 at that time was an R13 with pivot screws, instead of a rod in the right hand bis key. Also the support for the crow's foot was a rectangular piece instead of a round bar. these were made in Paris.

I had a couple of E 13's in stock that beat most of our R13's.
