Fred,

Since the mthpc fits fine on the Bb and A and is loose on the C, you need to only do that which affects the C barrel. But you want to be non-intrusive. One fellow used to carefully cut out a perfect fitting piece of mylar and line the C barrel with it. that way the cork fit the same on all 3.
