I met him one summer in Santa Fe; we played the Kammermusik one weekend, bu=
t
he did not mention his skill on the bassoon. We were preparing Neues vom
Tage, but mostly he was ducking flying barbs from Stravinsky, also there to
do Rakes Progress and others.
