That's right, Sameer. However, if someone uses a format called
"Quoted-printable" it is irritating to read on a client that doesn't
support it (you end up seeing a lot of "=" signs).

But considering that we have enough trouble getting email clients to not
automatically send rich-text or html to the list it is the lesser evil.

I changed the "Invalid MIME" error messages yesterday to be less cryptic
on the bounces.
