I'm not familiar with a green oil. To the best of my knowledge, the favored
oil for woodwind keys is Nye clock oil, a synthetic concoction. Loyalty to
this brand is so fierce among its users that I'm in the process of adopting
it as a product. I'd be rolling it out in the next few days if it weren't
for the fact that the syringes I bought as applicators came to me without
needles on them.
