I have used this wonderful invention on EH reeds with great success. I
don't use wires on my reeds and the hot, dry hall where my orchestra
plays tends to dry out reeds that would not otherwise leak. A bit of
LG is an insurance policy-and it has no negative effect on the reeds at
all.
