Thank you all for your kind responses but I feel I need to clarify my
previous request for information.
We want to recruit five quintet members of similar ability who will
be a premiere ensemble, representing the school and helping to recruit
talented players. The members would also anchor the wind sections of
the orchestra and wind ensemble.
We already have a ( for credit) large chamber music program, including
an " honors" string quartet which does this in the string area but
recruiting oboe and bassoon players is more difficult for a small
school such as ours, and explaining our need to the non-musical
administrators who control the scholarship funds is even more
difficult!

If any of you have such a group at your school , I would love to hear
from you.
