Subj: [DR-L] WR Chinese knife from Weber

Dear list,
I bought the WR Chinese knife from Weber over a year ago and I just
noticed that it's not on their website anymore. I emailed asking
what's up and they said that the knife is discontinued.
I was just wondering if anyone knows why. Was it a bad knife after
all? I know some people here mentioned it in the past and that it's a
great knife.
I on the other hand found myself going back to my Landwell after a few
scrapes with the Chinese knife. We just didnt click!!
Shawn, I also asked about the reed making book and this is what I was told :
"" We are working on getting a new printing of the reed manual, but we
do not have an estimated finish date yet. When we do, we will put an
announcement on the front page of our website".
