An Australian double reed accessories store in Melbourne ... "The Wind
Miller", handles equipment for the full range of double reed instruments.

In response to this thread, see the self contained internal reed lights
described here. No bothersome wires to contend with. The bassoon light
with reed attached is shown in the lighted condition. The light simply
replaces the normal mandrel, in use. Used in conjunction with a
translucent / clear plaque, blade details are further enhanced. The oboe
light is illustrated, with attached reed, but unfortunately not lighted.
The site is easy to negotiate. The Oboe and Cor reed lights are very
effective.
