Dear Harold,
Thank you for the email :) I have communicated with him personally
and his English IS good. However this time I believe the emails are
coming from someone else. I believe a lady who I spoke to on the phone
the other day is the one who is emailing me this time regarding the
oboe service. Her English is fine. But I have emailed her twice
explaining the problems and all I got was an email telling me they
will replace the corks pads and cork tenons. No mentioning of octave
key or the F# mechanism. Thus, I thought maybe it's my fault and if I
speak with oboe terminology she would know exactly what I want to be
fixed :)
All I wanna do is kick myself for not having paid enough attention in
French class as much as I did in English class. I envy those who speak
many languages!!!
Prof. Lacy, Thank you for reminding me of those terms :)
