Hi Philip
I have a lots of trouble just reading your msg here, because all the
text fills up the entire width of my screen, and all the msgs are all
run together in one continuous band of text. Could you at least
separate out the different msgs from different sources with some
blank lines, or whatever it takes? Thanks.

My recommendation is to have a talk with both the conductor and the
CM - either separately or together - and tell them what the problems
are and suggest ways to deal with then. A lot of this is due just to
lack of communication, where they don't; even realize there IS a problem..
