Hey Bob,

Eddie Daniels has been endorsed by Yamaha and now Leblanc and played
Buffet clarinets in the past - He always sounds like a Million Bucks!!!
I have recordings of him playing different horns, but certainly can't
tell. I played with him 20 years ago and he borrowed my tenor sax and
sounded amazing. I'd like to hear him play a "Broomstick". Obviously
he's playing the horn he likes best, but he'll sound great on anything.
I worked in a clarinet repair shop in NYC for awhile and Eddie would
come in just about every week with different mouthpieces and barrels
looking for something "he" liked better, although he didn't get hung up
on this. He still practiced a ton. Too many people get hung up on
equipment rather than practicing what they need to practice.

Later,
Mark
