I'm pretty sure when I was looking for a similar transcription that my then
professor told me to try to get in touch with some of the military bands. They
apparently do transcriptions as such all the time and most often have them
in their library -- these transcriptions are not commercially available, but
often if the band director will get in touch with the proper people, they
might lend the arr. out. Worth a try.
