Thanks a lot for this msg, Ed. It helps me to understand a few things
that I didn't know before, like I didn't know they could so surgery
on retinas. Sure, why not? But the retina is incredibly thin and
delicate, so I am amazed at the fact that it can be manipulated surgically..

Yes, I am aware of this factor of adjustment, and I do intend to
discuss it with the surgeon.

IOW, you seem to be saying that the retina wrinkle problem was not
solved by surgery but spontaneously in time?

Thanks, I think. But your idea sounds right.

Well, maybe. I do hope so. But I have to go through the healing of
the current left eye, and then do the same for the right eye, so I
expect it will be a while before every thing is "normal" again. I
would like to talk about Sara's eye experience. What else can you
tell me about it?
