You are probably corrrect. I have 2 recordings that sound pretty much the
same but I couldn't tell you any details of them right now since they aren't
with me.

the couple of recordings i'm aware of have ornamentation provided by the
performer as well as articulations that were unique as well.

I would like to buy a copy of the english horn part for Donizetti:
Concertino for English horn for orchestra. I can find a piano version but
the part is not the same as that I hear in recordings. Does anyone know
where I can get the music as I guess it was written for orchestra? This is
