I spent several years at the Oberlin Baroque Institute and saw Gonzalo
Ruiz do wonders with modern oboists who were beginning the baroque
oboe. I don't think he is teaching there this summer soooooo Google him
and see where he is. I think he is doing a couple of weeks in New
England somewhere. . . .
