So many people in South America use MSN Messenger, I'm surprised if you
aren't considering that. I just hooked up my web cam with microphone, and
will be having a voice/video session with friends in Peru and Bolivia
later today.

Fo rehearsal? I don't think so. The quality of sound (for many reasons,
I suppose) would prohibit the required level of detail. "Practice", maybe
- "rehearsal", probably not.
