Yes, it's because you are using a Mac. AccuRadio has a version of its
player which works on an extended list of OS's and browsers. I run
Firefox on a Mac and I am able to listen with no trouble. Follow this
link:

http://www.accuradio.com/newplayer/

Click the Classical link from the list of stations, then select Oboe
Soloists from the Sub-Channels tab when the player opens in a new
window. Enjoy!
