That's funny. When Matt Ruggiero had me start DT my single tongue got
pathetically slow. I used to be able to ST for short bursts at 160. Now I'm happy if
its 126-132. LOL
I do remember that Matt taught one should practice DT for no longer than a
few minutes at a time when stating and build endurance from there.
