Jim,
Here's what I've used. It's also good for the PINES OF ROME solo:
1) LH X,0,0 Eb key * LT high c" key/RH X, X, 0, F key * RT Bb key this
gives the first note = high C4
2) LH 0, 0, X, Eb key * LT high d" key/RH 0,0,X, Ab key * RT Bb key -
this gives second note = high D4
3) LH X, 0, 0, Eb key * LT high d" key / RH X, X, X, * RT Bb key - this
gives high C4
4) then trill LH E-F# key
If you're lucky with your instrument, reed, bocal, day of the week,
etc., you can start with #3 above, but sometimes that won't speak and
you need to start the trill with the normal C and D fingerings in order
to get #3.
