George W. Bush: Gimme Shelter

Several days after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, George W. Bush
visited the drowning city. Meeting two sisters who had lost everything but
the clothes on their backs, Bush directed them to a nearby Salvation Army
shelter. An embarrassed aide whispered in the President's ear, "The shelter itself
has been swept away."

-Bush, George Walker [George Bush, Jr] [Dubya] (1946-) American politician,
Texas governor (1995-2000), 43rd President of the United States (2001- )

* "Gimme Shelter" is a song by, "The Rolling Stones," written by Mick Jagger
and Keith Richards. The song's lyrics paint a picture of social apocalypse
-- storm, fire, flood, war, rape, murder, all "just a shot away" --
