Hi Peter, et al,
I just last week received the Ann Hodge catalogue. She has a new item
listed, Deluxe Swiss Army Reed Knife, $135. The description reads, Extremely
sharp with two beveled edges. Sounds like what you are describing.

When I was at the IDRS I saw a type of reed knife that was a clasp
knife(folding) with two blades with different angles on the beveled edge of
each blade. I have been unable to find it on a Web Search. Does anybody
know who carries it? I do not have the maker name
