Dear list, Regarding the author that estimated 10,000 hours or
practice. I wonder if the variability of "talent" was figured in to
that number. I'm aware that a person with an innate ability to do
something (let's say: play very well in rhythm or play very well in
tune) would not have to practice that as much as a person who did not.
