Does anyone on the list know _anything_ about the
composer "L. Bender?" So far, have not found any info
regarding this composer - anywhere!! Need his dates,
nationality, etc. He wrote 3 wonderful duos for
clarinet and bassoon, which are available from Trevco,
but again the music has no information, regarding this
composer (male/female??)!

P.S. Frank, "breakka reed" on your Stony Brook
recital; if I weren't in the middle of rehearsals for
the "Merry Widow" here in town, I'd be there! Sounds
like a great program.
