I really wish I could tell you more. I assume that this is a bit of both.
But, as I have talked to neither party (the ASO / Marty himself), it would
be only speculation.
Since Mr. Hebert and at least one member of the ASO section are members
here, I'll leave it to them to provide any additional information as they
wish.
