Dear listers,

I am a brass playing middle school band director, who seldom gets to work
with any aspiring oboists. :-(

I have been authorized to purchase an oboe, but would like to know which
oboe would be the best choice for middle school students (sounds good,
durable,...etc.). Anything for about $1200?
