Best for the money is the small and reliable Korg CA30 chromatic tuner. $20-25.

What is a good tuner for bassoon?
There have been several posts about electronic tuners for oboe. I bought
one to use with my bassoon and have not had much luck - the wrong note is
sometimes indicated, or no reading or fluctuating when I'm not, especially
with low notes. I think I probably bought too cheap and not specifically
for a bass instrument. (And my practice space is in a corner with odd
echoes, anyhow).
