That's one of the few things you _can't_ do on this particular mailing
list. Plain text is all I'll let it take, since a mailing list is a
wonderfully efficient way to disseminate viruses et al. if not
restricted to plain text.

Peer moderation tends to work, but sometimes 20-30% of a list population
will drop out if the offender is particularly abrasive or abusive. It's
what we have to put up with ...
