Dear Harold,
Wish the Braz. Y. O. was coming over here. I believe that could be an
interesting and successful venture. Let me know if the U.S. trip is
successful and if a Canadian trip might be a possibility in the future. I
am aware of some charitable organizations that might be able to help make
that possible. I also have a daughter who plays with the Vancouver Youth
Orchestra and expect our local youth orchestras would be interested to
coordinate with such a project.
How wonderful that the powers of classical music have had such an effect in
the lives of these young people. Experiencing musical and other cultures
outside of Brazil and meeting others with the same interests is bound to be
a fantasic and lasting experience for them all. Thanks for letting us know
about this.
Please keep us posted on the success of the NYC trip.
Best wishes and regards,
Isaac Bull,
