If you are willing to go abroad you could try Uwe Henze of Germany. He
delivers some of his oboe reeds (the handmade, tested ones) in just the
kind of reed tube you are looking for. He might be willing to supply you
with a quantity of these tubes - or at least point you in the right
direction.
