Is there any way that a repairman could help to solve the problem?
Hi Esther,
This problem can usually be resolved without the use of a drill. Check the
height of the low E pancake key, the height of the G key and the height of
the low B. Lowering the low E pancake key by putting a slightly larger
regulation cork on the foot of the key will usually solve the sagging E in the staff,
but if lowering that key doesn't do the trick, mess with the heights of the
other 2 keys mentioned. Make sure when you mess with the heights of the keys that
you don't lower them too much because you may make the A, low F etc muffled.
