This may be an occasion when the adage "truth is the final defense" pertains. Herb has certainly not tried to conceal anything while at least until today, the silence on exactly what the accusations against Herb are has been deafening.

On the IDRS list the claim is now that Herb insulted Yoshi's integrity, personality and ancestry. From reading Herb's posts for many years, I find this hard to believe. Let them point to the evidence.

Herb can be opinionated, irascible and irritating, but I have my doubts about what is being alleged.
If the language got no worse than "mendacity" or "sycophancy" I would suggest that when you run an international list, you need to develop a thicker hide.

At any rate the jury is still out. Herb has the right to complain. We can either read or delete. OUR choice.
