I suppose that means you've certainly given up hope on the IDRS forgiving you. Some do pop up on this board too...

Even if they found they made a mistake in banning you, you push yourself further from any hopes of the IDRS board members allowing you back in with such negative comments.

Now you don't need to suck up at all, but certainly attacking the lot of the IDRS leadership puts a damper lifting any bans!

All is so quiet that it is positively eerie. As soon as the real truth
began to emerge from the fog and mists of mendacity and sycophancy, it
seemed that the leadership of IDRS list just crawled back into their holes
and chewed on their reeds and graded papers.
