Harold,
John Ferrillo's recording, though not new (1997), is not to be missed. This=
is truly gorgeous playing: stylistically elegant, with a natural expressiv=
ness that, for me, elevates it above any other recording I've heard of this=
work. It's on a CD titled "Musical Evenings with the Captain, Vol. 2" on =
ESS.A.Y Recordings, CD 1056. A bit of an obscure disc, but I had no proble=
m purchasing it online a few years ago. Well worth any extra effort of pro=
curement.
