Ooooohhh...

Did the IDRS used to let people stay members of the
LIST without renewal maybe?

Perhaps the complaint (by a non-current IDRS member)
against the slowness of the IDRS conference organizers
started a crackdown this year.

If that's the case... I guess you have to subscribe.
