The _list_ is configured to not send your message back to you; you know
what the message was, so why would you need the message back to clutter
up your inbox? If you _do_ receive your message back, it will be wrapped
in an explanation from the list software as to why it was rejected
(rejections are for technical matters, such as a message that's not pure
plain text or from an address you didn't subscribe with).
