Hi there and thanks for this (and Stan for his reply)...

I don't recall any recent posts to DR-L on this topic (seems to have been a
thread initiated in the IDRS list)...

Would it be possible to fill us in (for those of us who are not on the IDRS
list) with some details from the earlier discussion.

This does seem a suspicious e-mail alright and I'd certainly be cautious if
I replied at all. The name Joe Bernie and the broken English writing style
are red flags. What is the scam part though (ie what is the potential cost
of responding other than a waste of time and perhaps getting more spam???)
