Subj: [DR-L] Discipline and Practice

Dear List,
My teacher at Emory University closed his private studio for six months
beginning in January of this year. I will resume lessons next week. I am having
a VERY difficult time getting back into a practice routine and have almost
become phobic. This upsets me greatly.
Practice is a part of life on this list. Discipline is a MUST. How do you
handle this in your daily life? Do you structure your day around practice?
How long do you practice? Am I ready for an antidepressant?
