While there may be "ethical principles" of a list server based discussion=

gruop, I have never heard of "the ethical principles of the internet".=20
AFAIK (and I've been involved with this and previous incarnations of =
what=20
is considered the internet), there has never been any ethical priciple=20
behind any form of the internet.=20
