This quote, however relevant to the present world condition ( or not,
depending on your viewpoint) is not appropriate for this discussion
group. Discussion groups are organized by subject, and those of us who
subscribe do so to exchange information about that subject. Any use of
a dedicated web-based group for political, religious, commercial,
individual, or other non-topic posts is in violation of the ethical
principles of the the internet. Let's keep it that way.

Not only is an apology perfectly in order, it should be made clear and
constantly reaffirmed that we do not need more exposure to individual
or group viewpoints other than ones which directly are related to our
topic.
