Of the ten or so lists I subscribe to, only three have NOT asked for
donations or at least mentioned that "the service is free but has costs and
if people would like to contribute it would be appreciated." This is the
only one where it has gotten a bit organized and I sort of like it. When I
look back at the information and tips I have gotten, there is certainly
value there, and a bunch of small donations does add up fast. I have
actually sent money to only two of the rest, so organizing it does work, at
least on me!
