Thank you for considering a donation. All the information (including a
mailing address) is at https://secure.donax-us.com/donation/ - I've found
that posting it end up getting a flurry of "I deleted it, could you repost
it please" postings :^)

There's no expectation of any minimum amount (except for credit cards -
anything below a couple of dollars costs more to process than it's
worth).
