I playing in the Dvorak Serenade in D mi, and the first part has a few
places where I have to get out high F's above the staff; they tend to be
rather flat. Is there another fingering I can try besides the standard one,
or do I just have to lip it up?

If the notes from E to G#, in your second octave, aren't in danger of going
terribly sharp, then you can raise the octave key. If you are very happy with
the pitch of those notes, you might be able to raise the height of your 3rd
octave to the point where you are happy with the pitch of your high F. If your
middle and high Bs are a little under, pitch-wise, you can loosen the screw that
would allow the pitch of you your G#s and Bs to be raised, and this should
raise the high F, too.

Just a few ideas...
